Freddie Wants YOU!

Walking With Freddie is taking a break from regular programming today — we'll be back tomorrow! — but the Little Doctor and I want to thank you, dear Reader, for taking time out of your day to check in with us. These first two and a half weeks of blogging have been better than a romp in the mud with a raw chicken carcass, and we're looking forward to more!

      Oh yes, why did I choose my city (Bamako)? It was a zen thing. Also, I've never been there. I'd never heard of it. Adventure!

      Professor Hornet, you should know that zen does not circulate in the sphere of capitalist exchange. Freddie and his blog provide zen for free. You need only to open yourself up to its influence.

      I want to visit Bamako, too, but I'd like more than a weekend there, so I picked something more familiar.
